Andrew Peterson's Latest CD "Light for the Lost Boy" Giveaway

When I first became a fan of Andrew Peterson I would get nervous when he released a new album. He always sets the bar so high with the lyrics and music it doesn't seem possible that he could come close to the excellence of his previous albums.

I've learned over the years that Andrew will meet that bar and even raise it a notch or two. His lyrics are always honest and from the heart, which I think is one of his secrets to writing such amazing songs. Surrounding himself with such talented people as Andy Gullahorn, Ben Shive, Jill Phillips, Eric Peters, and Andrew Osenga just to name a few, doesn't hurt either.

Peterson's latest CD, Light for the Lost Boy, is on of those CD's that takes that bar up a notch or two. There is Peterson's excellent storytelling that is a trademark of his writing, but the music is fresh and exciting.

The production team of Ben Shive and Cason Cooley have proven to be masters with Light for the Lost Boy. They've added just a little bit of an edge bringing some electric guitar to the front and adding a little more effects to Peterson's voice from time to time.
